Consumer information

All sale prices shown on this website, for both resale and new-build properties, are subject to the taxes and costs legally payable by the buyer. These include notary fees, stamp duty (AJD), land registry fees, VAT (IVA) or property transfer tax (ITP), and estate agency fees.

For new-build properties in the project or construction phase where advance payments are foreseen, these amounts will be guaranteed in accordance with the law. The guarantor, the policy number, the account number and the nature of the payment (deposit, part of the price, or both) will be stated.

For rental properties, community fees and any costs for electricity, gas, telephone, water, etc. are not included in the stated rent.

The consumer is entitled to receive a copy of the brief information document (Documento Informativo Abreviado) for the property.
